Get your head out of the clouds!  Seriously, this is an excellent article.  I think you nailed it on the head.  There is so much money wasted due to the internal churn that using a public cloud could resolve this could be the move to spring board a CIO&#039;s carry forward.  Making a bold paradigmn shift to moving the technology infrastructure out of your own shop could be an amazing cost and time saving move for any size company.</description>
